Our philosophy of dance and fitness instruction focuses on offering a friendly and relaxed environment which allows students to have fun while achieving fitness. In addition, we place an emphasis on teaching correct technique to students of all ability levels. Class size is limited so instructors are able to provide individual attention. All fitness and dance classes are for adults and teens (12+).
Albany Dance & Fitness opened in July 2011 by Gail Tassarotti. It has been her life long goal to run a top quality dance studio for adults and serious teenagers.
We offer a variety of dance classes including Ballet, Jazz, Belly Dance, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre; and fitness classes including Balletone, Pilates, Barre, Ballistic Abs, Wellness Workout, Zumba, Bokwa, and more.
